I am particularly interested in encouraging people to write, whether it be the `novel of the year,' poetry, essays or memoirs. Creativity is an important aspect of a healthy person and I am very supportive of you getting those words out on paper. Recently I have been editing for a number of budding poets and have found my role of `poetry coach' has been exhilarating for the client and insightful for me. Although haiku is my first love, I am particular attracted to medium length poetry and, once I have learned the modus operandi of the client, can work to encourage the outflow of poetry and hopefully encourage them to feel solid about their talents.
